The Hormann 2002 Horizontal Ribbed Steel Garage door’s basic design blends in with most properties. Visually the same at all sizes, the horizontal ribbed design offers subtle elegance in the standard white finish or any of the optional powder coat colours. The door panel is galvanised steel on both sides and factory pre-finished using a powder coat process that requires no further painting.

This garage door is available in canopy and retractable gear options. The former protrudes the panel a third forward as the door opens, forming a canopy. Meanwhile, the latter fully retracts the panel into the garage through horizontal tracks supported by suspension brackets. Safety features are also abundant, including the Anti-fall safeguard, protective covers, and safe stops.

The package includes a galvanised steel leaf, BS EN 12604 standard multiple spring safety system, frame pack, and accessories pack. The fittings and locking feature an external round plastic handle, internal plastic rotary disc, and multi-point locking with two-point automatic UPVC-latch and half-cylinder release button.

A 10-year warranty covers your garage door. Likewise, the mechanisms and steel frame have a 10-year warranty period. The springs, wire cables, track rollers, hinges, and guide rollers have a five-year warranty. For replacement parts, the warranty period is six months or up to the end of the current warranty period.

Warranty claims cover damage if the defect is a manufacturing fault. It is applicable in the country where the purchase was made through authorised distribution channels.
